    During the finance option consulting session, he only answered certain questions when I asked but as a consultant, I would expect him to give a clearer picture of what's included/excluded, what to expect, what the interest rate is... but he failed to do so obviously.

    Dealing with this consultant made me wonder if I was of value as a customer to Peter Warren as an organisation. I leave that question to the senior management of the dealership to figure it out.

    I went home that day still thinking that I would go for the finance option. However, with too much ambiguity going on and I did not think this sales consultant would be giving me more information, I decided to steer away from the financing option and pay upfront. He did not act professionally in email correspondence as well by not even replying to/or acknowledging receipt of my supporting documenation/further queries/decision to withdraw the finance application.

    Been told I have to pay extra on something that was told by the owner that sold the car to us (Eli,David and Marcello) that we have not got a bundle with the wheels and you have to pay extra. What does service cover exactly. If you are going to fix your car you might as well get it fixed by money,

    Not for free from Toyota and better at a mobile service which comes to you and gets the job better then them. Not about paying money, it's about lying and sticking to the words you have spoken from your mouth.

    I've just purchased a new Toyota Fortuner from Peter Warren Toyota and couldn't be happier with both the car and most importantly the service received. From Andrew and Michael in Sales to Eli in finance and George who gave me a run-through, the team at Peter Warren were friendly and courteous, making this the most pleasant car buying experience ever.     I have just bought a used Toyota Ascent Sport 2014 from Peter Warren today and I would have given a 4-star review if I had not encountered the worst customer service by the Finance and Insurance Consultant. On the day when I did my test drive and tried to explore the option of financing 50% of the cost, I did not feel like I was a customer at all making a conversation with that consultant. He questioned me with blunt question marks "where you lived? What is your job? What is your salary? Etc" in a tone which made me feel like I was a criminal being interrogated by a policeman. He even asked loudly about my salary in front of my two other friends, which made me wonder if he didn't understand the confidentiality nature of discussing about remuneration.
