    I was I there today looking to upgrade my octovia scout the young man came to me could not help in any way He said he did not know anything about Skoda as he was from next store very disappointed as this not want what I have experienced before as I bought my Skoda from you plus 3 others other many years I will now look elsewhere tomorrow maybe other smaller dealers might want sales

    Customer service after you buy is terrible. Service department makes you feel like you are stupid and don't know what you are doing . Wanted to buy another from them but the service experience has left me sour.
