  Bought a ford Mustang and the service was great till I bought it. I advised them there was a defect on the paint and I needed it fixed. 1 year gone and still nothing has been done about it. Great service till you paid the money.

  The whole experience was fantastic. Christopher from sales was extremely helpful and patient. He offered us a wonderful deal and spent lots time with us explaining all the details about the car.

  I purchased a brand new Prado - the bluetooth has known issues. I have taken up the issue with the service team on several occasions and they have made some attempts to fix the issue but have been unable to do so. I have requested a replacement but they are reluctant to order a new unit under warranty. I request each service, then call to follow up and they do not return my calls, I have left a messages in the last 2 weeks, still no response. Additionally I have noticed a flat spot in acceleration that happens intermittently and was advised by a service team member when i dropped of the car in that this would be addressed under a recall. I went to pull out today to overtake a truck in the left lane, this flat spot occurred and forced me to pull back in as I did not want to obstruct the flow of traffic in the lane that I was moving into. I hope the team at Peter Warren see my review and it encourages them to act on my requests.

  I went there trying to find a particular Škoda model for my daughter. Unfortunately the guys an Peter Warren Škoda couldn't find that model at that time all over Australia wide. But the friendly staff and their professional approach to me as a customer will be remembered from me as a second to none. 10/10 for them.

  I went to the Honda dealer first. Martin the salesman took my car to valuation. He said $800 trade in for my car. Went to Hyundai dealer. Garry the salesman there told me my car was valued at $1000. Bought an accent sports. I had bought my Elantra there in 2003. Great customer service from all the staff at Hyundai. I highly recommend Hyundai dealership at Peter Warren Warwick Farm.
